Man dies to protect teen son
London, March 6: A 50- year-old man of Pakistani origin was stabbed to death in a suburban park in Lancashire in UK as he tried to protect his teenage son from a gang of bullies, police said . Mohammed Raja Shafiq was beaten across the back of the head with an iron bar and then stabbed in the stomach on Tuesday.
Lancashire police has referred the matter to the Independent Police Complaints Commission after it emerged that they had been called by Shafiq before he went to help his son. When he arrived at the park in 15 minutes, the police were not present. A spokesman admitted that there had been “some concern” about the force’s failure to react. Shafiq was set upon after being called to Thompson Park by his son, Umar.

Correction and apologies: I had incorrectly failed to mention the exact number of one million signatures of Indian citizens obtained in a petition calling for Government of India to end military help to the Government of Sri Lanka that was mobilised by the Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam, and I incorrectly typed the numerals 100,000 that falsely implied that the number of signatures were just a hundred thousand! The inadvertent error is corrected herewith and I tender my apologies for my typographical over-sight!
Throwing stones from glass houses!
I state the following commentary with all due respect to Dr. Rama Doss as an individual and leader, and in the interest of addressing impunity from a platform of bipartisan human rights!
Won't a day pass peacefully for Dr. Rama Doss without partisan picking on the DMK Government on flimsy grounds?? His latest revelation and accusation aginst the DMK Government that there is a nexus between police and gangsters is like telling that the Coovam River is badly polluted because of the DMK Government which everybody knows exists from time immemorial! The fact is that the nexus between police and criminals exists to varying levels in all nations and in India it is more due to the colonial and un-reformed oppressive police system which has not been converted into a people friendly community policing system! And the police - criminal nexus is a socio-legal issue that has existed at all times irrespective of the party in power and Dr. Rama Doss should be clearly deluded to attribute it to the DMK! He will not be talking like this today if he and all of his party functionaries were arrested, imprisoned and prosecuted for the pillaging, raping, arson and murder they let loose on more than 500 Dalit villagers across the Chidambaram parliamentary constituency on parliament election day of 1999 in order to prevent Dalits from voting, (about which the Dalit Panthers Party is very silent today because the latter is not interested in addressing the issue of impunity for atrocities against Dalits any more with their new found love for the fake (but not true) Tamil nationalism of anti-Dalit caste bigots of varying hues and shades in India!!) The DMK is paying the price today (in terms of Dr. Rama Doss turning inimical towards the DMK) for illegally showing impunity to criminal elements of the PMK who unleashed the aforesaid atrocity in 1999, and the DMK administration in 1999 (and not today) should be equally faulted for treating PMK with kid-gloves and impunity for PMK cadres' unleashing the afore-described barbaric arson, violence, murder and sexual attacks across hundreds of Dalit villages across Chidambaram parliamentary constituency on the election day of 1999! Since the PMK party grew out of criminal indulgence in violence, and expects to be treated with impunity for the past atrocities they unleashed on an organised and huge scale against Dalits, they have no locus standi to wax and vane about any criminal behaviour condoned by state authorities! Let Dr. Rama Doss first tender an apology for the barbaric and organised pogrom his party-men unleashed on Dalits across Dalit villages of the Chidambaram constituency on parliament election day of 1999 and also hand over the culprits for prosecution, and then lecture his next word on issues related to crime and law & order! I request this from him with all respect to him as an individual and a leader, and in the interest of bipartisan human rights!
One of the reasons for prisoners to possibly lose their minds in British remand prisons is the inhumane, psychologically oppressive and highly sinister design of British cells that is completely covered up by walls on all sides apart from the behaviour of the members of the prison system itself, while Indian prison cells have all open but highly secure front doors with steel rods (a practice even in the United States) that allows free and fresh air and a sense of contact with the smell and sounds of outside world, which also allows conversations with other staff and prisoners! The British ruling classes are specialists in sly and sinister psychological oppression unlike the open and honest variety in other parts of the World! Even some of the claustrophobic architectural designs of council houses are aimed at causing depression and psychological illnesses in the minds of the mostly poor and coloured peoples who live in those houses in order to secure their marginalisation! And I have not even started to write about the judgmental, cultural and racist prejudice in the British psychiatric system compared with that of USA or any other part of the World, and my dissertative analysis of the industrial capitalist systems' need to modulate, label and control human thought and behaviour that impinges' on the capitalists' (or socialist states') material exigencies while the lack of a similar exigency in the semi-Bohemian and ruralist India enables the tolerance for a wide variety of human thought, mood, behaviour and personalities, (unlike the behavioural fundamentalism of psycho-social and behavioural norms in the West, as I have seen particularly in the UK), which believes in labelling every possible manifestation of human thought, mood and behaviour from the perspective of controlling and “managing” human societal and psycho-social behaviour from the perspective of preventing losses to the material factors of the state, as manifested in the para-legal system of human behavioural management called "psychiatry", the sinister aspects of which finds rapid expression in a quasi-totalitarian nanny state such as the UK than in the USA or even India!

The "popular" and broad-sheet British media's shameless silence over Chelmsford prison where five inmates have been killed (allegedly by suicide) within the last nine months shows the inherent institutional racism in British media establishment when the same media do not waste a second to rile against pigmented peoples coming to the shores of the UK or for their conservative sexual and reproductive choices because the latter people do not follow the shallow, self-destructive and callow attitudes towards sexual mores advocated by the popular Xenophobic media in the name of "assimilation"! In all probability I have to say that torture, and racist torture or racist murder without torture - of remand prisoners and prison inmates may indeed happen in British prisons, and the torture victims are possibly killed and their deaths fabricated as suicide by the culprits in uniform to escape Justice. Otherwise, there is no reason why 5 people would die in a strange and slow way of "strangulating" themselves (which is grossly misrepresented in the British media as "hanging"), in the same prison within 9 months, and three of them within the last two months!!
With the kind of psycho-social and institutional racist attitudes in Britain there is no need for a separate KKK movement! For example, British television recently featured a comedian called Roy Chubby Brown who specialises in telling very demeaning and dehumanising "Paki" jokes to his shamelessly bigoted audience who "cheer" it, and I am sure this man would be arrested if he peddled his wares in the USA, or if he had indulged in similar racist humour against Jewish peoples in the UK itself!

Fifth prisoner found dead in nine months
I was very upset by the "alleged" suicide of a young British raised Lankan Tamil teenager and a former chemists employee - in a remand prison cell yesterday (who was also the only son of my next door neighbour and a very loving Tamil woman), who was arrested by the police just a month ago on "allegations" of "molesting" another young Tamil woman in the streets of East Ham, but remained in remand without bail! I have every reason to suspect he could have been killed in prison and it is the "third" such custodial death in the Chelmsford prison since Christmas day (and the fifth in nine months) which is a high rate of custodial killing in a prison facility for a so called "developed" nation with human rights law and is much shamefully violative of human rights standards seen even in third world custodial conditions!! (For example, there are absolutely "no" suicides or killings (not a single one) in the Chennai remand prison or the central prison of Tamil Nadu for the past five years or more!! And the British media and police usually state that the prisoners "hung" themselves when there is no way one can do it in the kind of prison cell one sees in Britain! The usual suicidal person with a suicidal instinct to die in a split second is unlikely to slowly strangle and suffocate himself to death in a planned and slow manner as claimed by the clichéd explanation usually doled out by the British police and the media whenever someone is found dead in a prison cell, and this incredible description of a slow and self-inflicted strangulation is usually based on a clichéd claim that the "bed linen" was "ripped" off and used to pull the neck against a noose in a "sitting" position (because there is no way one can "hang" from a very high and rudderless ceiling in a British prison cell)!! The British media, police and prison services are quite shameless to have a prison in Britain that boasts of five deaths in a span of few months while the British foreign minister lectures the USA on Guantanamo Bay prisoners and fair trial! In my opinion, no one can beat the snobbish, stiff, pretentious and high brow British media and institutional establishment for their very sinister and unique form of racist and self-righteous hypocrisy!! I suspect that Vinith Kannadasan was probably killed and I was particularly upset by his death because he was my neighbour's son and I had spoken to him just a month ago!! He was also innocent of the charges levelled against him in all probability because he was just ending his job at his work-place when the alleged molestation of the young woman occurred (and the woman herself reportedly asserted that she did not "see the face" of her attacker!) The prison police officer told with no remorse that there are "no counsellors" employed at the prison service on call for prisoners to talk to while feeling distressed, and even the "single" prison psychiatrist is usually not available and cannot cater to the hundreds of prisoners at the Chelmsford prison!! My Indian readers will be surprised to know about the high number of custodial killings (and also reports of rape) in British prisons and some of these deaths are fabricated as "suicide", and many of these killings of Asian prison inmates are racially motivated as the killing of Zahed Mubarak in 2000.
THERE were calls for an investigation last night after a fifth inmate was found dead in an Essex prison. Vinith Kannathasan was found hanging in his cell at Chelmsford Prison just after 5am yesterday. Paramedics were called but the 18-year-old was pronounced dead at 5.20am. The teenager was the third prisoner to die at the jail since Christmas Day and the fifth to apparently commit suicide in the past nine months. The average number of deaths at the prison, which holds nearly 700 inmates, has been one each year and the sharp rise in deaths has led to calls for action. Simon Burns, MP for West Chelmsford, said even though more was being done to counsel and support vulnerable prisoners, the help did not seem to be working. He said: “Following my debate in the House of Commons, last Monday ,I had hoped that more was being done at Chelmsford Prison to reduce the likelihood of suicides and these two suicides in the last five weeks are deeply distressing and of grave concern.“I have been in touch with the responsible Minister, Maria Eagle MP, at the Ministry of Justice, and I will be having an urgent meeting with her next week to discuss the problem and what steps can be taken, as a matter of urgency, to try and reduce these tragedies.”Across the UK, there were 67 suicides by people in custody in 2006 but last year that figure rose to 92.Last month James Sullivan, 23, seemingly took his own life at Chelmsford. And last year Stewart Kight, 38, Simon Gregory, 36, and 18-year-old Sudanese national Joker Idris were all found dead. Prison governor Rob Davis told the EADT last month he took every death in custody at Chelmsford Prison “extremely seriously.” He said: “As with all prisons, there are a high proportion of very vulnerable individuals in the prison and staff continue to make strenuous efforts in this vital area of work in dealing with a challenging prison population.“Many more lives are saved than lost, thanks to good care and support from staff.“I remain committed to the support of vulnerable prisoners and will continue to work with my staff to prevent such tragic incidents.”A Prison Service spokesperson said: “Chelmsford prisoner Vinith Kannathasan was found hanging in his cell at 5.05am on Tuesday February 12. “Paramedics were called but he was pronounced him dead at 5.20am.“Our sympathies are with the family of Mr Kannathasan at this time. As with all deaths in custody, the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman will conduct an investigation".

Why Godse killed Gandhi
By Kanchan Gupta
The right wing RSS sympathising columnist Mr. Kanchan Gupta has condoned Mahatma Gandhi's murder in a dastardly misuse of freedom of speech and also implores readers to read books that justify Gandhi's assassination, in the column excerpted above!! In the spirit of freedom of speech, this Sanathanist columnist's advocacy to justify and condone the assassination of the father of the nation and his call to sympathise with the Mahatma's murderers should be tolerated! But it has to be pointed out that none of the inhumane, hypocritical and anti-Tamil swine in the Tamil Nadu Congress party such as Gnana Sekaran, Krishnasamy, Peter Alphonse, EVKS. Elangovan, et.al., who cry foul and seek to criminalise freedom of speech by calling for the arrest of anyone who speaks out for the legitimacy of the human rights and armed struggle of Eelam Tamils, is going to ask for the arrest of the likes of Kanchan Gupta for justifying Mahatma Gandhi's assassination and seeking sympathy for his assassins, while they selectively rile against the likes of Thiruma Valavan when the latter criticized the expedient misuse of Rajiv Gandhi' assassination to thwart freedom of speech and advocacy for Eelam struggle and human rights! And it has to be pointed out that the likes of Kanchan Gupta are not uncommon and one can find many such opinion and advocacy justifying Mahatma Gandhi's murder and glorification of the Mahatma's Hindu fascist Sanathanist assassins, even to the extent of enacting a stage play glorifying Nathuram Godse, but curiously the likes of hypocritical imbeciles such as Gnana Sekaran, Krishna Samy, EVKS. Elangavon, etc., keep their mouth shut and appease such brazen misuse of freedom of speech that justifies the assassination of the very father of the nation and glorifies his killers, when their appeasing lap-dog mentality works over-time to oppress simple freedom of speech in support of Eelam Tamil struggle and human rights, and to brazenly even threaten the dismissal of the DMK Government on the latter account?!! Why are they quiet when the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi, the very father of the nation and the Congress party, is justified and condoned in the name of freedom of speech?? The answer is simple and is as follows: there is no money or power to be gained by opposing those who justify and glorify the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi, while by working overtime to show their anti-Tamil credentials by oppressing freedom of speech advocating Eelam struggle and human rights, these "Tamil" politicians of the Congress party in Tamil Nadu hope to wallow in power, wealth and patronage of their "Delhi" masters!! These unscrupulous political pimps of the Congress Party who betray even the father of the nation should be chucked out of Tamil Nadu state - lock, stock and barrel!!
No prizes for guessing what will happen if someone writes or speaks justifying the assassination of Rajeev Gandhi and glorifying his assassins just as the aforesaid columnist who had justified the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi and glorified his assassins! In India, one can justify the murder of the father of the nation and glorify his assassins, in the name of freedom of speech, but not of anyone else in the name of political analysis!! Mind you, I am not justifying the assassination or assassins of Rajeev Gandhi, but pointing out the double standards that are applied with regards to freedom of speech!

I unequivocally condemn the attack on Congress party functionary Jogiah's house just because he had praised Megastar Chiranjeevi and supported his entry into political activism! Chief Minister Raja Sekhar Reddy should take full responsibility for this dastardly attack on Jogiah's house and offer an apology (just as Chrugaru did when actor Rajasekar was allegedly attacked) and the Congress workers who indulged in the attack should be arrested and prosecuted properly (when the alleged attackers of Raja Sekar unilaterally and magnanimously surrendered to the police)!! If Chief Minister Raja Sekar Reddy does not act against the attackers of Jogiah by arresting and prosecuting them and also by tendering an apology to Mr. Jogiah, he would have shown that in fact it was he who was behind this attack on Jogiahgaru!

Cong men attack Jogaiah’s house
Hyderabad, Feb. 3: Senior Congress leader V. Harirama Jogaiah’s Madhapur residence was attacked by a group of Congress workers on Sunday. Mr Jogaiah alleged that the attack was staged at the behest of the Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy. The MP, who has earned the ire of Dr Reddy’s loyalists for frequently praising the film actor Chiranjeevi who expects to launch a political party, and criticising the Chief Minister, said the assault was led by followers of the City Congress president, Mr D. Nagender.

SLA attacks bus carrying school children in Madu, 17 killed, 17 wounded
Tamil statehood? - By Bruce Fein - Washington Times
.jpg)

The two most humiliating experiences that arose out of getting victimised and attacked recently, and then getting arrested despite my action in self defence and calling the cops due to the lies and fabrications of my assailants (of Lankan Tamil background), were - the three hours I spent in the lock up at the station, and of course the police taking routine samples of my body fluids for their big brother DNA library (which means that the powers that be can frame and falsely accuse me with any crime if they want to really screw me, since they now have my DNA with which they can create false evidential presence of my DNA any where!!) I will never forgive my assailants for making me undergo the most humiliating and scary experience of my life (at the hands of the police) with their violence and then their deviant behaviour of framing me!! This is not funny but extremely dangerous and sinister, and was extremely traumatising to me more than the attack itself!
I will take a leaf out of my fellow Eelam Tamils way of living abroad as I see in the UK, and just as they do, I will not write, say or advocate anything for the human rights, humanitarian rights and the armed struggle for Tamils in Lanka, since they themselves do not write, say or advocate anything activistically in this regard at an individual or civil society level, and focus only on money making, family, religion, astrology, Tamil movies and self centred pleasures, just as they do, and leave such advocacy to the militants and pro-militant media organs and websites, just as they do! Just as they do, one should just bother themselves with a namesake appearance in the annual meeting of the martyrs day of militants, and then pursue money and the joy of living to their heart's content!! I should do the same and stop my thankless and unrecognised activism for the human rights, humanitarian rights and conceptual support to the armed struggle of Eelam Tamils, and leave it all to the militants and their organs! Why should I indulge in unilateral media advocacy for the human rights and humanitarian rights for Eelam Tamils, and get into trouble, when Eelam Tamil individuals and civil society themselves do not bother to do anything in this regard, and are only concerned about money, religion, family and their self centred needs?
I am not joking when I said that even the advocating and activist mind of DMK supporting workers in a barber shop in Tamil Nadu is absent amongst Eelam Tamils and their civil society! Particularly, given the English education of the second generation, they can do much more, but they do not!
Even when six dozen children were killed in Chencholai, none of these Tamil shops or businesses distributed pamphlets or displayed posters to highlight the atrocity to white or non-Tamil customers! This was baffling to me, because even in Tamil Nadu the activism was in high voltage after that atrocity!
A lot of grocery stores and departmental stores are owned by Eelam Tamils and if they had wanted to, they could have displayed posters and also kept pamphlets in their shops for white customers to read about the legitimacy of the Tamil struggle, pogroms, crimes against humanity and oppression suffered by Tamils in Sri Lanka, so that they can lobby and create opinion in favour of Tamil rights and self rule in Lanka amongst white people. While Muslims display similar posters and distribute pamphlets about their religion and human rights in their shops, I have not seen a single Tamil shop distribute such advocacy pamphlets or display posters that will educate the non-Tamil people about the struggle and oppression suffered by the Tamils in Lanka. They display only posters regarding annual militant related meetings and (some times) militant related images, and ofcourse images concerning Tamil movies. Given the access to a large cross section of society who visit these shops, they can even distribute books about the 1983 pogrom free of cost to customers to educate them about Tamil suffering. But none of such advocacy or activism happens, and this is because, I suspect, the so called migrants from Sri Lanka don't really care whether they get a nation or not, and don't really care about being activists and advocates for the Tamil cause. Unlike Dalits, Palestinians, etc., not a single expatriate Eelam Tamil I had met is an individual activist or advocate for the human rights and struggle of Tamils, and some times I wonder why should I or similar Periyarists or Ambedkarites should indulge in activism for Eelam Tamil human rights and struggle, when Eelam Tamils living abroad themselves (as far as I see in the UK) do not care beyond their businesses or jobs, families, Tamil movies, temples, astrologers and similar mundane and material related selfish activities, and do not indulge in any kind of political or human rights advocacy or activism, whether they are educated or uneducated. In other words, any kind of political or rights related thought, action or advocacy does not even cross their mind, and they live and function as if they have no subjective stake in what is happening in Lanka, as if they are not Tamils from a political sense, except when it comes to the annual meetings concerning militants.
This is extremely baffling to me and can be only explained by the fact Eelam Tamils living abroad do not have an activist psyche and more importantly, do not have a subjective Tamil nationalistic psyche. Then I wonder, why should activists like me get into trouble for doing advocacy for Eelam Tamil rights, when individual Eelam Tamils themselves do nothing at the individual or civil society level in terms of activism and advocacy like they way me and other Ambedkarite or Periyarist activists do??
Before ordinary Indian Tamil civil society and individuals are asked to indulge in activism and advocacy for the Eelam Tamil cause, one would like to see the same from individuals and civil society of Eelam Tamils living abroad (as I see in the UK)!

Scenes of Indian Dravidian Dalit suffering in India:
The attack I suffered and my arrest for acting in self-defence:
Given my recent victimisation and physical attack at the hands of some hooligans of Lankan Tamil background, and the maliciously prejudiced and racist arrest I suffered despite acting in self defence, which was in turn caused and facilitated by the malicious lies and fabrications of my prejudiced and vile assailants, and the possibility of me still facing charges of “common assault” and a trial for acting in self defence to protect myself, I will be informing the readers on any further development on the issue, as and when it unfolds, because the matter is still sub-judice, and I will know what happens to it when my bail expires in the first week of March.

Sri Lanka's mining of the maritime border with India by using under-water anti-personnel mines violates International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law:
The use of anti-personnel mines along inter-national borders prone to civilian traffic is prohibited under international law and humanitarian law, and is also inhumane and barbaric. Planting under-water mines arbitrarily along the maritime border of India and Sri Lanka (and no one will know where exactly they are planted) will only ensure that innocent civilians and fishermen will be killed while venturing into waters for fishing and sport. This is a view from a humanitarian and human rights point of view, and is not based on any partisan brief. If India allows the mining of the international maritme border with Sri Lanka, will India also "mine" its borders with Pakistan, China and Bangla Desh to prevent civilians from crossing over by posing them the threat of getting killed by mines?? Sri Lankan Government's decision to plant anti-personnel mines under water along Indian maritime borders is the most barbaric and inhumane measure that has been taken by any Government in recent times, and is aimed at curtailing civilian contact and commerce between the Tamil populace in Sri Lanka and India, and to kill the fishermen venturing into the sea than anything else!! This blatant inhumane measure should not be allowed by the Government of India, because if allowed it will set a precedent that will be a direct challenge to the territorial sovereignty of India, because arbitrarily mining international borders by one nation is a direct challenge to the borders of the other, unless and otherwise both nations take a joint operation to mine the borders together, because arbitrary planting of anti-personnel mines by one nation will only mean that the sanctity of the border can be arbitrarily violated and mines plantes whimsically and unilaterally by one nation at will even within Indian territorial waters! Hence, such a mining of international borders between India and Sri Lanka will be a violation and challenge to the unity and integrity of India, if allowed to be done unilaterally and without bilateral operation between the two countries!! And ofcourse India cannot be expected to kill its own Indian (Tamil) citizens and fisermen by mining its own borders at the behest of another nation which will be the most farcical thing any Government or state has done anywhere in the World! And if India does get into a "bilateral" arrangement to mine its borders with Sri Lanka the prejudice harboured by the ruling Sanathanist clique in India against the Indian citizens of Tamil Nadu will be there for all to see!!
This unilateral mining of the international maritime borders between India and Sri Lanka should be scrapped, and if not - all parties in Tamil Nadu should bring out a massive agitation against it!!

The following is only my socio-psychological observation on the expatriate Tamil community and my subjective views regarding the latter, and these views have nothing to do with my advocacy for the human rights, humanitarian rights and my conceptual bipartisan support for the armed struggle for Tamil self rule in Sri Lanka (within the laws of war and human rights), and my free-wheeling campaign to secure Justice for the past and enduring pogroms, atrocities, disappearances, crimes against humanity, displacement and conflict misery inflicted on the Tamils as a covert campaign of genocide as a bipartisan human rights advocate will always continue, but in a more toned down manner given my sense of humiliation and lack of dignified treatment at the hands of fellow Tamils !!
I have given a prelude to my socio-psychological assessment of the Eelam Tamil community I had encountered in the West, and my brief description of the events leading up to my latest attack at the hands of some Eelam Tamil men is in the last few paragraphs!
I have written earlier that I have had very negative subjective experiences with some members of the Eelam Tamil community and I find it very difficult to get along with some members of the latter socio-psychologically, and my advocacy for the Lankan Tamil human rights, humanitarian rights and armed struggle arises out of my sense of objectivity and solidarity with the human rights of the suffering (Tamil) people facing the onslaught of the state oppression and genocide as a bipartisan human rights advocate, and it has nothing to do with my subjective loyalty to any people or political or militant outfit. Many readers may have refused to believe this stand of mine, and seen me reductionally as some sort of an associate of Eelam Tamils and their militants due to their prejudice. The truth is that I am caught between the devil and the deep blue sea. On one side I have prejudiced elements in India who saw (and see) me as some sort of an associate of Tamil militants because they do not relate to my bipartisan advocacy for the human rights and armed struggle of Eelam Tamils (just as one does for Palestinians). And on the other end I suffer from the oppression of some members of the Eelam Tamil community and in general their indifference and prejudice who hardly respect, recognise or value me for the creative advocacy for their struggle and human rights as I had done in my own way, due to their de-intellectualised, uncreative and de-politicised political psyche that does not respect opinion givers and opinion creators, except for individuals with political power, wealth, celebrity and of course the militancy.
The truth is that I am not even an associate of Eelam Tamils (leaving alone the prospect of being an associate of their militants), but I write profusely and unilaterally on issues concerning the human rights, humanitarian rights, and support for the armed struggle of Tamils for a nation because of my extreme empathy with the suffering of Tamil people in the island and their legitimate need for self rule from a bipartisan perspective and nothing else!! But this does not make me blind to the negative socio-psychological traits amongst Eelam Tamils and their expatriate community, just as I comment on any other people.
But the most recent oppressive incident I suffered at the hands of some Lankan Tamil males has given me the opportunity to write a blog to put things in perspective.
People in India make reductionist conclusions on my freewheeling blogging and advocacy on Sri Lankan issues and think that I am some kind of an associate of Tamil Tigers. It is obvious that many in India think and feel this. This is painful because members of the Eelam Tamil community (of all hues), particularly the non-English speaking, violent, illiterate, culturally Talibanish and misogynistic males who form the bulk of the expatriate proletariat in East London, have been the source of many an oppressive, violent and distressful behaviour against me subjectively over the years and also because Eelam Tamils (of all hues) themselves do not know or care or value any of my writings, except for a very few.
Ever since 1997 I have been getting into serious trouble on account of Sri Lankan Tamils for no fault of my own and I am now quite fed up!! Despite my altruistic advocacy and blogging on human rights, humanitarian rights and armed struggle for Eelam Tamils in a most articulate and unselfish manner, I am hardly supported or even respected by Lankan Tamils while on the contrary subjected to their derision, while an assorted groups of celebrities and politicians who openly visit and associate with Tamil militants in India make a huge amount of money and enrich themselves in India with the law not even touching them!
An average Lankan Tamil is not a politically intellectualised animal as one sees in a rickshaw puller or even in a barber shop adorning DMK imagery in Tamil Nadu! Eelam Tamils can be divided into two categories. One is the non-Tamil speaking (or semi-Tamil speaking), rich, upper or middle class and educated ones who are mainly self-centred, career oriented, and who do not much care for advocacy for the human rights or the political or armed struggle of Lankan Tamils themselves (even to the extent of Periyarist and Ambedkarite activists in India, except for the retired geriatric types), while spending huge amounts of monies on temples, rituals, astrology, every day materialism and related skull-duggery! The other class is the uneducated, semi-literate, misogynistic, culturally Talibanish and lumpen Tamil men who make money through hard work or “para-legal” activities! All of them are devoid of any socio-political intent or psyche that is untypical of a people who are supposed to have a politically radicalised psyche, and this may be because any grass roots based political, social and civil society involvement in the struggle of Tamils is next to nil, particularly in the expatriate community even though there is no fear of oppression for political and rights advocacy because they do not live in Sri Lanka. Both these classes of peoples pursue materialism, material oriented de-intellectualised education, extreme religiosity, commercial Tamil movies, cultural Talibanism, etc., with great fervour, more than any urban villager in India!! All that they consider as political activity is their annual participation in militants’ related meetings or militant related contributions and nothing else!
Even the kind of freewheeling political and media advocacy and pamphleteering for Eelam Tamil rights indulged in by Periyarist and Ambedkarite individuals and organisations in India at an individual and community level is absent amongst the expatriate Tamil community!
Hence they are a de-intellectualised and de-politicised community with single minded indulgence in money gathering activities, worshipping the gold, religiosity and abject materialistic selfishness, without any indulgence in any kind of advocacy for human rights and humanitarian rights of the suffering Tamil people at an individual or grass roots level like Periyarist or Tamil nationalist activists in India (where even fan associations of stars are politically active and political pamphleteering is like having one’s breakfast), except for some marginal human rights organisations like the Tamil Information Centre, who are again doing a thankless job and seen with disdain by the larger community who are completely devoid of any political psyche or advocacy, which comes across as very strange to me, given the fact that in Tamil Nadu even a auto-rickshaw driver would be vociferous in advocating ideas, rights related struggle and political thoughts, individual pamphleteering and joining some political campaign!!
The complete lack of political thought and an advocacy oriented mind in an average individual expatriate Sri Lankan Tamil’s psyche (atleast from what I see in the UK) and in their grass roots community, both amongst the educated and the uneducated - baffles me!! This may be because military campaign is seen as the only political and advocacy activity, but the larger cause of explaining the legitimacy of the Tamil struggle to the international community, need for addressing impunity for genocide and crimes against humanity, and the legitimacy for Tamil self rule, which I do in a creative off the beaten track manner by engaging popular mass communication, political and advocacy methods is seen as unnecessary, which will strike as strange to a man from a country where a poor pavement dweller will have something to say and advocate politically! But an average Sri Lankan Tamil man or woman hardly speak anything in terms of political or rights advocacy as a part of their every day interaction or his human condition with the larger community, which will strike as strange to a Zionist, Palestinian or even a Dalit activist!
No Eelam Tamil has any clue to my silent and low profile advocacy and advocating effects of my writing on some opinion and decision makers who have been reading my blog and other writings in India and abroad (because they have a de-intellectualised psyche that respects only money, status, celebrity, political power or the armed struggle through the gun, and hence they neither appreciate the power and importance of opinion makers nor do they see a role of creative and off the beaten track communication for advocacy such as the one I do!! Reductionists in India who misunderstand my freewheeling blogging advocacy on various issues concerning Eelam / Sri Lankan situation and assume that I am some kind of an official blogger for Eelam issues and their militants, would be surprised to know that not only have I received little support from the Eelam community (of all hues and shades – for the above reasons and since they do not approve of independent advocacy for the rights and struggles of Tamils out of the militant approved organs), but on the contrary I have been in the receiving end of some of their bigotry, particularly from a peculiar kind of violent, dangerous, culturally Talibanish and sexist country brutes who loiter the streets and man the shops of East London. And I was very oppressively victimised by such men two days ago, as I explained previously.
This cultural Talibanism of these Lankan Tamil males is driven by a kind of vileness that has psycho-sexual roots associated with moral policing for similar but psycho-sexually racist reasons written in an earlier blog, but not entirely. The non-English speaking, rowdyish, illiterate, misogynistic and sexist types amongst young Eelam Tamil men who view inter-gender interactions with a narrow, hyper-sexualising and rural males’ perspective and intense psycho-sexual jealousy with their cultural Talibanism, have been oppressing me whenever I had the misfortune of living amidst them in East Ham and happened to have social conversation with a member of the opposite gender in public (due to their bigoted cultural Talibanism, ruralist psycho-sexual envy and resulting violence just like some roadside rowdy elements who bother inter-gender conversationalists in India), given my natural conversational, talkative and networking personality. I have suffered this whenever I had the misfortune of choosing to live in East Ham, a borough populated by Lankan Tamils predominantly and particularly known for violent Tamil gangs! These are guys who will take umbrage and become violent even if I say a polite “Vanakkam” even to their girl friends (despite my obvious lack of any subjective fancy towards them), and have a respectful sociable conversation and give out my business card in a sociable public situation, since such is their cultural Talibanism, narrow minded prejudice and psycho-sexual insecurity! In their sexism and male chauvinism they are worse than religious conservatives!
One of the reasons I came to the west is to be warm and conversational to all, but this triggers the regressive psyche of this particular kind of illiterate, brutish, sexist, psycho-sexually envious and culturally Talibanish and uncouth males’ prejudice which pounces on an inter-gender conversationalist at their midst, given their illiterate, ruralist and extreme misogyny. I can cite many instances of such experience from males of various backgrounds (as I wrote in an earlier blog) but the most recent one was the one I suffered in Sri Lankan Tamil shop called “Seelan’s”, a few weeks ago when the store’s manager humiliated me by abusing me and forcibly ushered me out of the shop by pushing me physically when I had done nothing wrong, after I had had been speaking to a friend I recognised from the University with whom I had a consensual conversation about my upstart counselling service and practice, a few weeks ago. I did not respond at that time and chose to remain silent and diplomatic because I did not want to pick up a conflict with a fellow Tamil. But then I had to register my protest because these people knew who I was and I realised that their reasons to offend and humiliate me should have been something else, because I have been coming to this shop for 6 years and their behaviour towards me changed only recently!! And I was wondering why!
I went to the same shop three days go to tell the guy what he did was wrong, and I simply told him that he had no right to touch me and that he had no right to interfere in a consensual conversation of other people, and I left the shop after I did that! But the manager and his colleagues came out and heckled me, shoved me and attacked me and when I responded in self defence, I was further attacked! When I called the cops, the shop keepers turned the tables against me by claiming that I attacked them and got witnesses to lie to the police, and the ever prejudiced police interpreted the situation and CTV images which essentially showed a scuffle in the favour of shop keepers and got a case of “common assault” foisted on me (when it was they who attacked me), and now I am out on bail awaiting trial for “common assault”!! Because this incident happened three days ago, I have been a bit perturbed, and now I have been very angered and hurt!!
The above is only my socio-psychological observation on the expatriate Tamil community and my subjective views regarding the latter, and these views have nothing to do with my advocacy for the human rights, humanitarian rights and my conceptual bipartisan support for the armed struggle for Tamil self rule in Sri Lanka (within the laws of war and human rights), and my free-wheeling campaign to secure Justice for the past and enduring pogroms, atrocities, disappearances, crimes against humanity, displacement and conflict misery inflicted on the Tamil as a covert campaign of genocide as a bipartisan human rights advocate will always continue!!

Thinking of punches, I was immediately reminded of the punches John Prescott landed on a person who threw an egg at him on his campaign trail and I had to ask when Prescott was not arrested and charged for throwing a punch on someone who threw an egg (which could be described as disproportionate response), why was I arrested and charged for responding in self defence by landing a punch on my assailants who surrounded me, heckled me and shoved me, and also went on to attack me in a most vicious manner!!?? And why didn't the police never bother to listen to my version of the events and why they thought they cannot arrest my attackers despite the several blows and kicks I suffered, while I was arrested for the single punch I delivered in self defence?
My elaborate critical blog on the Talibanish and vicious retards (who happened to be of Eelam Tamil background) who attacked me will be posted later, along with what I exactly think about the regressive, Talibanish and de-cerebralised psycho-social attitudes of some people in the expatriate Eelam Tamil community later today or tomorrow, because I have to choose my words carefully!
As Periyar had displayed, one can love a people and still criticize them psycho-socially, and I don't think my advocacy for the human rights, humanitarian rights and conceptual support for the armed struggle of Eelam Tamils for self rule will be negated in any way by my critical observations on the psycho-social condition of the Eelam Tamils!!

I was attacked two days ago outside a Sri Lankan Tamil shop in East Ham called “Seelan’s Stores” by a bunch of hooliganish and lumpen young Lankan Tamil males and its shop keeper working in the shop, and when I called the cops, they attackers turned the table against me and claimed that I attacked them, produced false witnesses, and the ever prejudiced British police which is very eager to execute an arrest when allegations are made against coloured people (particularly against each other), when the same police never turned up when I was brutally attacked by racists at the Hammersmith tube station in 2003 despite waiting for them for many hours (and on other occasions when I was the victim), promptly arrested me based on the false allegations disregarding the fact (and by misinterpreting the CCTV images) that I was the one who called the cops when I was physically heckled, shoved and provoked, and forced to act in self defence, and I was the one who suffered the brutal attacks at the hands of these violent men, who also threw me to the ground and stomped me! I spent the morning of Jan 23 in the police station and have been bailed out, but I still face the possibility of being charged with “common assault” and facing a “trial” and a custodial sentence if my Lankan Tamil assailants from the above shop continue to “press charges” !! I had also given an elaborate complaint to the police that I was the victim who was primarily attacked by these ruffians, but for some strange reason the police were hell bent on arresting me in a very prejudiced and malicious manner by disregarding my complaint!! But this incident is the latest incident is a series of abusive, violent and oppressive experiences I had suffered at the hands of Lankan Tamil males in East Ham over the years. And I will be writing a more elaborate blog on the background of this incident and also on my related socio-psychological comments on the Lankan Tamil expatriate condition in London later tomorrow, which will show to readers that my passionate advocacy for the human rights, humanitarian rights and a conceptual support to the armed struggle for Lankan Tamils (within human rights and laws of war) hid my subjective disdain and hatred for the socio-psychological and societal experiences with the expatriate Eelam Tamil community (which was not allowed by me to affect my objective defence of the rights of the Tamils in Lanka suffering crimes against their humanity and genocide), given my sense of objectivity!!

Corrected Version 1
I am just a bipartisan advocate for Justice, Equity and Human Rights!!
Dr. Haneef who was allegedly held in Australia on terrorism related charges for whom the Prime Minister of India himself vouched by pre-judging his innocence, has claimed that he was targeted by the Australian police and state authorities for his race and religion. Fair enough! But I was also expediently victimised by the police and state authorities in India because of my ethnic origins as a Tamil and my medical background as a doctor, due to which powers that be expediently and falsely attached a “associate” of LTTE tag on me and found in me a nice scapegoat for a concocted case they wanted to flash across the newspapers as a part of their socio-psychological exercise to create a fear psychosis against Eelam Tamils in 1997. But the only difference is that while the Government of Australia has apologised to Dr. Haneef and also made amends to him, the Government of India and the Government of Tamil Nadu are yet to apologise to me or compensate me for victimising me in the most malicious manner because of my ethnic and professional background just as Dr. Haneef was!
As I state repeatedly, I have never had the faintest association with the LTTE even for a single second of my life in India or abroad. I was not even known as a spokesperson for issues concerning Eelam Tamils before I was maliciously arrested and prosecuted on trumped up charges of “conspiracy to give medicine” in 1997 just because I happened to visit an Australian widow of a famous doctor to cultivate contacts for my own plans to study abroad. I was in the wrong place in the wrong time and I got framed just because I was a Tamil and my medical background suited the powers that be who wanted to concoct a case along medical lines!
And secondly with regards to the incident of my arrest, I have never sent any medicine, never bought any medicine, never intended to send any medicine, never intended to buy any medicine, never had any funds or wherewithal to send medicine to anybody, and the fact is that I did not attempt to even provide humanitarian medical aid to anybody. What I did was to visit an Australian widow and a philanthropist who visited India every year for the annual music festival, and I met her in a function in 1997. She had also met the then chief minister Dr. Kalaignar Karunanidhi and contributed to his relief fund and hence I thought she would be a good contact to know given my plans to go abroad to study. Given the fact that Eelam Tamils abroad from grocers in London to film distributors in Europe have a financial and trade base in Chennai, I may not be faulted for just wanting to cultivate a contact. The news of her meeting the Chief Minister had appeared in some papers and I thought she was a credible person since the Chief Minister himself chose to meet and receive funds from her. After running into her at a function, I just became acquainted with her. She wanted to send medicine to displaced refugees and asked me to recommend some wholesale medical shops which I did. And then while I was paying a courtesy social visit to her one evening, while they were also others at her flat to visit her, the police simply swooped in!! They later claimed one of the persons had attempted suicide by consuming some poison and took him to hospital and asked me to accompany them to the Stanley Hospital! It was obvious that he had not consumed any poison and he was simply malingering since I also treated him along with other doctors at the hospital! Later medical records during the trial showed there was no single trace of any poison in his body and most probably he was a police related person himself who was used to simply implicate everybody and create a false case! Later that night I was arrested along with others who had visited the lady's flat on trumped up and false charges of “conspiracy to give medicine”, and my photo flashed in all newspapers along with others as if I was some kind of militant! (Interestingly, the photo of the person who falsely claimed to have consumed poison and who was claimed to be a Tamil militant by the police was never published in the newspapers and until today his antecedents and whereabouts are a mystery!) Thus I was framed in a false and concocted case, and was accused to be an “associate” of the LTTE (when I had never spent a single second with any LTTE member in my entire life in India or abroad), and the media (particularly the despicably malicious “The Hindu” and shamefully all the Tamil newspapers and all national English newspapers) went to town portraying me as a “LTTE doctor” without any journalistic ethics and without hearing my side of the case! Just after I was thus falsely arrested and fabricated, I received a letter from Ireland informing of a job appointment and I could not go because of my imprisonment and trial!! Thus I lost a wonderful job opportunity that would have enabled me to make a lot of money and as a result my career was ruined!! The impending trial consumed the ensuing two and a half years of my life and during that time my life, career, marriage, personal finances and my relationship with members of my family were ruined! Most probably the entire case was concocted to flash sensationalist news in order to create a fear psychosis in the minds of the public with regards to supporting human rights or humanitarian issues concerning Eelam Tamils given the occasion of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister deposing before the Jain commission the day after my arrest and incarceration in February 1997!!
Now my point is this: First of all I never even intended to send any medicine to refugees or militants or any alien in an outside planet given the fact I was not a very philanthropic person at that time but a very selfish and happy go lucky young doctor only bothered about movies!! Second of all, even if one has to hypothetically assume for arguments’ sake that I had intended to send medicine to any refugees, militants or any human being, such a medical activity is an internationally protected humanitarian activity and human right under international law, irrespective of the beneficiary, which cannot be penalised in any manner.
So even when I had not even attempted humanitarian medical activity which is a legally protected activity irrespective of the beneficiary of such an activity, I was accused of conspiring to indulge in such a humanitarian medical activity that was intended to benefit an unlawful organisation and this false and legally untenable accusation was used to frame me with trumped up charges of associating with an unlawful organisation, arrest me, imprison me, prosecute me and ruin my life!!!!
But my question is this, when I have suffered such malicious arrest, imprisonment and prosecution that ruined my life just because powers that be wanted to flash sensationalist news to create a fear psychosis amongst Eelam Tamils, why hasn’t the Government of India and Government of Tamil Nadu apologised to me and make amends to me, just as the Government of Australia did to Dr. Haneef? My suit claiming compensation for malicious prosecution still lies idly in the High Court of Judicature in Chennai despite 8 years!! I think I deserve a compensation of at least Rupees four crores for the loss of earnings, destruction of my life and career, and mental agony I endured due to the aforementioned victimisation and malicious prosecution!!
After this experience I was radicalised into an activist, and I started to exercise my legally allowed right of freedom of expression (particularly out of my anger and radicalisation by my malicious arrest and prosecution), to support the human rights, humanitarian rights and armed struggle of Eelam Tamils during the discourse of which I have to mention the players in that armed struggle (such as LTTE) both in positive and negative light, just as people who support the human rights, humanitarian rights and armed struggle of the Palestinians do the same by mentioning the players in that armed struggle such as Hamas and Fatah in positive and negative light. This is a legally and constitutionally guaranteed freedom of speech and opinion and in no nation (except the malicious and selectively expedient applicants of law in India) will such a freedom be blemished as “association” with a proscribed organisation or used as a false and legally untenable premise for applying laws proscribing organisations to illegally criminalise such a constitutionally guaranteed freedom of speech! This is evident from the fact that even in USA where Hamas is declared as a terrorist organisation, people express their freedom of opinion in support of the Palestinian struggle while mentioning Hamas in positive light, and the authorities do not blemish and illegally criminalise such freedom of speech by applying the laws proscribing Hamas in USA.
Similar freedom of speech can even be found even in Israel to express freedom of speech in support of the Palestinian struggle by mentioning Hamas in a positive light without any fear of malicious criminalisation of such freedom of speech by expediently and illegally applying laws proscribing organisations to curb freedom of speech.
Such an expression of freedom of speech and opinion for academic, intellectual and political debates cannot be construed by any right minded person in any country as worthy of warranting the application of laws proscribing unlawful organisations to oppress and criminalise such freedom of speech and political opinion, except in India where such freedom of speech is denied and oppressed by illegally criminalising such freedom of speech, by expediently misusing laws proscribing unlawful organisations.
I have explained the above to establish that I have been very careful not to breach the law and base my life and activities well within the law, with regards to legally and constitutionally guaranteed freedom of speech. Even the false accusation of “conspiracy to give medicine” was well within the gambits of the law and hence was maliciously and illegally used to frame me and oppress me, even though I never intended to send any medicine to anybody, because the international legal position is that even if I had intended to send medicine to anybody it would have been a legally protected activity irrespective of the beneficiary.
I deserve justice by way of a compensation and an apology from the Government of India, and Government of Tamil Nadu, just as Dr. Haneef got one from Australia! The clamour and moral justification for meting out Justice to me becomes particularly acute, given the fact while I was thus victimised and my life ruined on trumped up, false and malicious prosecution, individuals with partisan, political, material, celebrity or caste constituency power who openly visit and associate with Tamil militants escape such an equitable application of the law, which rubs salt on my wounded trauma, reminding me that if I had similar "influence" and "power" based on partisan, celebrity or caste constituency power not only would I have escaped such malicious and false prosecution and imprisonment, but I would have also enjoyed impunity even if I had really violated the law, given such partisan, celebrity and caste constituency power that enables such inequitable application of the law in India!!

Yesudas not let in by Kerala temple
By Our Correspondent
Thiruvananthapuram, Jan. 20: Veteran playback singer K.J. Yesudas has complained that the authorities at the famous Kadambuzha Devi Temple insulted him by inviting him to the shrine and then denying him entry.
Yesudas, a Christian by birth, revealed this in an interaction with his former classmates and teachers at the Swati Tirunal Music Academy in Kerala’s capital on Saturday.
"It seems even cats and dogs can go near gods, but not Yesudas," said the singer. "I was kept outside in Kadambuzha. I was also not allowed to have darshan in the Guruvayoor Sri Krishna temple. Only in Mookambika could I freely worship the divine mother."
The audience, consisting of music maestros, students and teachers, sat in deafening silence as Yesudas said this in an emotion-choked voice. "We have to change this practice of insulting human beings," said the singer, who regularly makes annual pilgrimages to Sabarimala

Corrected Version 1
Some people requested the new chief minister Annadurai to appoint a commission of enquiry to go into the 1965 shootings. Such a commission could compel the former chief minister and high state government, Indian government, reserve police and army officials to testify under oath and reconstruct at least partially the official records. This would expose details of orders from the Indian Government to the Tamil Nadu Government relating to the shooting and killing of some 500 Tamils as well as to officially establish the sequence of events in the several dozen shootings, who ordered the Central Reserve Police and Army commanders to shoot and the number of deaths at each shooting. There have been many commissions of enquiry in India to investigate shootings (with far less casualties), major railway accidents and political scandals. But Annadurai did not order such an enquiry and never explained his reasons for not doing so.
Why were peaceful unarmed Annamalai University students going on a peaceful protest march were fired without any provocation on January 26, 1965? Was it a case of pre-meditated shooting on the part of the government Indian Government to terrorize the Tamil students and the Tamil people never again to rise up against Hindi imposition?
Why were some 500 unarmed Tamil civilians shot and killed in a three-week period in January-February 1965? Why were large numbers of Central Reserve Police and Army personnel, especially from northern states who are not opposed to Hindi imposition, rushed to Tamil Nadu to quell the anti-Hindi agitation instead of using personnel from the south who are also opposed to Hindi imposition?
Why less lethal methods of disbursing demonstrators, such as tear gas, water cannon or rubber bullets used? (These methods don't kill.) Instead, live ammunition was used. Was this a calculated move by the Indian Government to terrorize the Tamil people into accepting Hindi imposition and Hindian domination over Tamil Nadu?

Annadurai also said, "Since every school in India teaches English, why can't it be our link language? Why do Tamils have to study English for communication with the world and Hindi for communications within India? Do we need a big door for the big dog and a small door for the small dog? I say, let the small dog use the big door too!"

A Question of Double Standards:
Photo of Kashmiri Separatist leader Mirwaiz Farooq of APHC which functions freely despite its open agenda of Kashmiri separatism as one of its goals when Indian Tamil activists loyal to the Indian constitution and republic (without caste or political partisan backing) are persecuted, oppressed and imprisoned for simply expressing their bipartisan advocacy for the human rights, humanitarian needs and conceptual support for the (currently LTTE led) armed struggle for the Tamil right to self determination in Sri Lanka, by blemishing them as "associates" of Tamil Tigers!!

Some of my positive comments on the film "Pirivom Santhippom" and the actors in the film, (even though basically I gave the film a hugely deserved "thumbs down" because it is the most boring and pointless film I have seen in my life), and also my sportive (but humorous) comments on the re-instatement of the kissing scene which may have been lost on some readers without a sense of humour, were made to show my sense of objectivity and lack of malice otherwise, but this does not mitigate or reduce my anger and disapproval at the film-makers of the aforesaid film for subjecting Ms. Sneha to a lethal crime of injecting a substance against her will and consent under the garb of shooting a scene while she was lying eyes closed on the bed without knowing that a needle with a syringe will be poked into her and some substance injected into her, which may have potentially killed her (and the unknown long term effects of the injected substance and needle injury that may still kill, but in a slower mode by causing damage to her health)! Whether Ms. Sneha has the self respect to initiate legal action against the concerned film-makers or not, as a man who respects and cares for Ms. Sneha I reserve my right to hold the film-makers of the aforesaid film responsible for the crime of bodily assault and an act aimed at (slow) homicide by damaging her health, as they committed on Ms. Sneha, in any which way I choose! The film-makers have been forewarned!!
And I don't think Ms. Sneha is stupid to risk her life and allow some body to inject an unknown substance into her for shooting a scene, and that too for one of the most inane and idiotic movies I have seen in my entire life!! Hence I have to reckon that the injection was given without her consent (as reported in the media and confirmed by her in an interview) and hence a crime of bodily assault and attempted murder! But one does not know why she has not initiated a police complaint??
And let me state and emphasize as usual, I have never met or interacted with Ms. Sneha but I am simply a man who loves her and wishes well for her!

When there is no ban on Spanish bull fighting why should Tamil bull fighting be banned, (especially when the Tamil version is less harmful and non-lethal to the animals (bulls) but more valorous to the humans by putting the latter's lives at risk of a valorous sport), unlike the Spanish bull fighting that ensures that the life of the human fighter is secured while that of the animal is usually snuffed), but for the anti-Dravidian bigotry of Sanathanists whose one point is agenda is to co-opt, negate and destroy the independent cultural, theological, racial and national identity of Indian Dravidians (non-Sanathanist "Shudras" and "Panchamas")!?
